Ordering from Saudi Arabia: good to know

  • School calendars

    International Indian schools in Saudi Arabia usually start the academic year in April, so start talking to us between November and January. For an August or September start, begin between April and June.

  • Working hours overlap

    India is 2 hours 30 minutes ahead of Saudi Arabia. Our hours, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm IST, are 6:30 am to 3:30 pm in Riyadh, Monday to Saturday.

  • Dress code built in

    Share your institution’s dress code and we design the pattern around it: sleeve and tunic length, fit and separate styles where needed.

  • Customs and taxes

    Saudi customs duty, VAT and clearance charges are paid by the buyer unless we agree otherwise in writing. Shipping is itemised in your quotation.

How international orders work

  1. Step 1: Send your requirement

    Message us on WhatsApp or use the quote form, at any hour in your time zone. Tell us the garments, quantities, colours and logo.

  2. Step 2: Receive an itemised quotation

    Garment prices, any sample charge, shipping to your city and payment terms, each shown separately.

  3. Step 3: Approve a sample

    We can stitch a sample in your fabric, colour and logo and courier it to you to check fit and finish before bulk production.

  4. Step 4: Production in Kerala

    Your order is cut and stitched to the approved sample at our unit in Konni, and checked and packed by size.

  5. Step 5: Shipping to you

    Sent by air courier or sea freight, whichever suits the quantity and your date. Import duties and taxes are paid by the buyer unless agreed otherwise.

Can you follow our dress code for male and female staff?

Yes. Send your dress code or a photo of your current uniforms. We build separate patterns where needed and you approve them on samples before bulk production.

Can you supply uniforms for international Indian schools?

Yes. We make the full uniform set in your school colours and badge, and plan around an April start: contact us between November and January.

Which language do you work in?

We work in English, on WhatsApp, by phone and in writing. All quotations and order confirmations are in English.

Can you sew our own brand labels into the uniforms?

Yes. We make private label uniforms: your brand, size and care labels are sewn into every garment, and your logo can be embroidered too. Send us your labels or the artwork for them.

Who pays customs duties and import taxes?

For orders outside India, the buyer pays any import duties, VAT or local taxes, customs clearance fees and other destination-country charges, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Delivery terms are confirmed in the quotation before production begins.

How can international customers pay?

We send payment instructions with each confirmed quotation. International customers pay by bank transfer. The currency, advance amount, payment stages and bank charges are agreed before the order is confirmed, and production starts according to those terms.

What are your working hours?
