How private label orders work

Step 1: Share your brief
Garments, quantities, colours, size chart and your labels or label artwork, on WhatsApp or through the quote form.

Step 2: Quotation
An itemised quotation for garments, samples and, for orders outside India, shipping.

Step 3: Sample with your labels
We make a sample in your fabric and colour with your labels sewn in, so you approve the finished product.

Step 4: Bulk production
Your order is stitched to the approved sample at our unit in Konni, Kerala, and packed by size and style.

Do you sew our own brand labels into the garments?
Yes. We sew your brand label, size label and care label into every garment. You can send us the labels, or the artwork and wording for them.
Who is responsible for the wording on care labels?
You are, as the brand owner, because care-labelling rules differ by country. We sew in the labels exactly as you supply or approve them.
Can you make a design we already sell?
Yes. Send a sample garment or a tech pack and we will pattern it, make a sample with your labels and change anything you ask before bulk production.
What is the minimum order for private label?
Minimum order: 30 sets, mixed sizes allowed. The quantity per style, colour and size is agreed in the quotation.
Do you make private label uniforms for buyers outside India?
Yes. We take private label enquiries from the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, the UK and the US. Shipping is itemised in the quotation, and import duties and taxes are paid by the buyer unless agreed otherwise.
