Plan ahead for the new school year

Schools in Kerala reopen in June, so place your order between December and March. For schools starting in April, including most Indian-curriculum schools in the Gulf, start talking to us between November and January. For an August or September start, begin between April and June. Allow extra time for international shipping.

Questions from school managements

Can we approve a sample set first?

Yes. One paid sample set; its cost is credited against your bulk order. We stitch it in the matched fabric so the management can check colour, pattern, fit and finish before bulk production starts.

How are students’ sizes measured?

We share a size chart with the quote. You can collect sizes class by class using the chart, or we can arrange a measurement visit for schools in our delivery area. The visit is discussed in the quote.

Can we reorder in the middle of the year?

Yes. We keep your fabric, pattern and size details on record, so mid-year admissions and replacement orders match the uniforms already in use.

Is there a minimum order per size?

Our minimum order is 30 sets, mixed sizes allowed. The breakdown by size is agreed in the quote.

How is delivery scheduled?

The delivery date is agreed in writing when you confirm. Uniforms are packed by class and size. Large orders can be delivered in batches, for example senior classes first.

Do you deliver outside India?

Yes. We accept international bulk-order enquiries from the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, the UK and the US. Shipping charges depend on quantity, shipment weight, destination and delivery method, and are shown separately in your quotation before you confirm the order.

Can you sew our own brand labels into the uniforms?

Yes. We make private label uniforms: your brand, size and care labels are sewn into every garment, and your logo can be embroidered too. Send us your labels or the artwork for them.

Who pays customs duties and import taxes?

For orders outside India, the buyer pays any import duties, VAT or local taxes, customs clearance fees and other destination-country charges, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Delivery terms are confirmed in the quotation before production begins.

How can international customers pay?

We send payment instructions with each confirmed quotation. International customers pay by bank transfer. The currency, advance amount, payment stages and bank charges are agreed before the order is confirmed, and production starts according to those terms.

What are your working hours?
