Questions from hospitals and clinics
What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is 30 sets, mixed sizes allowed. Tell us your requirement and we will work out the best way to meet it.
Can I see a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. One paid sample set; its cost is credited against your bulk order. We stitch it in your chosen fabric, colour and style so you can check the fit and finish before bulk production starts.
How long does an order take?
Typical lead time is 15 to 20 working days after sample approval. Rush orders are possible on request; tell us your date. The exact delivery date is agreed in writing when you confirm.
Can you embroider our logo and staff names, and colour-code departments?
Yes. Send your logo file (PNG, JPG or PDF) and we add it to the chest or sleeve, with staff names, designations and department names if you want them. Each department can have its own scrub colour, and the allocation is kept on record for reorders.
What are the payment terms?
Payment terms are written into your quote, so you know the advance and balance amounts before you confirm the order.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across India, to your premises or by courier. Any delivery charge is shown in your quote. For orders from outside India, see the questions below.
What do you need from a college to quote?
The number of students, the garments in each student’s package (for example two scrub sets, a lab coat and a cap), the colours, and whether names are embroidered. A filled-in size spreadsheet lets us quote exactly, but an estimate of numbers is enough to start.
Can we reorder the same colour and size set later?
Yes. We keep a record of the fabric, colour, style and size breakdown of every order, so new staff uniforms and reorders match what you already have.
Do you deliver outside India?
Yes. We accept international bulk-order enquiries from the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, the UK and the US. Shipping charges depend on quantity, shipment weight, destination and delivery method, and are shown separately in your quotation before you confirm the order.
Can you sew our own brand labels into the uniforms?
Yes. We make private label uniforms: your brand, size and care labels are sewn into every garment, and your logo can be embroidered too. Send us your labels or the artwork for them.
Who pays customs duties and import taxes?
For orders outside India, the buyer pays any import duties, VAT or local taxes, customs clearance fees and other destination-country charges, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Delivery terms are confirmed in the quotation before production begins.
How can international customers pay?
We send payment instructions with each confirmed quotation. International customers pay by bank transfer. The currency, advance amount, payment stages and bank charges are agreed before the order is confirmed, and production starts according to those terms.
