India is 9 hours 30 minutes (East Coast, summer) to 13 hours 30 minutes (West Coast, winter) ahead of the US. Message us during your day and we reply during ours, usually overnight for you. Calls can be arranged in advance.
Send your size chart or the US sizes you use now, and we cut to those measurements and confirm them on a sample.
US import duties, tariffs and customs fees are paid by the buyer unless we agree otherwise in writing. Shipping is itemised in your quotation.

Yes. Send your size chart or a garment that fits well, and we pattern to those measurements. You approve the fit on a sample before bulk production.
Not at present. Gowns intended as medical devices are regulated by the FDA in the US, so for US buyers we offer scrubs, lab coats, staff uniforms and school uniforms.
Yes. We make private label uniforms: your brand, size and care labels are sewn into every garment, and your logo can be embroidered too. Send us your labels or the artwork for them.
For orders outside India, the buyer pays any import duties, VAT or local taxes, customs clearance fees and other destination-country charges, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Delivery terms are confirmed in the quotation before production begins.
We send payment instructions with each confirmed quotation. International customers pay by bank transfer. The currency, advance amount, payment stages and bank charges are agreed before the order is confirmed, and production starts according to those terms.
