This policy explains, in plain language, what information Misharen Global Apparel Industries Pvt Ltd ("we", "us") collects through customuniforms.in, why we collect it, and what choices you have. It is written with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 in mind.

What we collect

When you fill in our quote form, we collect:

• your name, organisation name and organisation type
• your phone / WhatsApp number and city or district
• the products, quantity, embroidery need, delivery date and message you enter
• the page you sent the form from, the time, and any campaign tags in the link you clicked to reach us (for example, which advertisement)

When you message or call us directly, we receive your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name and whatever you choose to send.

How we use it

• to prepare and send your quote, samples and order updates
• to contact you about the enquiry you made
• to keep a record of your order details so reorders match
• to understand which pages and advertisements bring enquiries, so we can improve them

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing messages you did not ask for.

Where it goes

The quote form opens WhatsApp with your details filled in. When you press send, the message is delivered through WhatsApp, a service of Meta Platforms, under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. A copy of the form details is also saved to our private enquiry records so that no request is missed.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Tag Manager (which loads our analytics and advertising tags), provided by Google. These set cookies that tell us how visitors use the site and which advertisements lead to enquiries, for example a click on a WhatsApp button or a submitted form. This information is aggregated; we do not use it to identify you.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on . The site works fully without these cookies.

We store small items in your browser (session storage) to remember the campaign link you arrived from during your visit, and whether you have dismissed the cookie notice. These are not shared with anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and order details for as long as needed to serve you and handle reorders, and to meet tax and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your details at any time when they are no longer needed for an order or a legal requirement.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to us using it. To do so, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
