Bring your own garments
You do not have to buy the garments from us. If you already have uniforms, polos, caps or bags, send them to our unit in Konni and we embroider them for you. We confirm the details and where to send them when we quote.
We check the count against your list when the garments arrive and confirm with you before we start stitching.
- Count the pieces by type, colour and size, and send us the list.
- For names, send a sheet with one row per garment: name, title and size.
- Mark where each design goes: chest, sleeve, back, cap front or bag front.
- Pack the garments with your list inside, and keep a copy for yourself.

How embroidery orders work

Step 1: Send your design
Your logo as a PNG, JPG, PDF or vector file, plus the names list and where each design goes.

Step 2: Design and quote
We digitise your logo for embroidery once and keep it on record, then quote with thread colours, size and position.

Step 3: Approve the sample photo
We stitch a sample and send you a photo on WhatsApp, so you can check size, colours and spelling.

Step 4: Drop off or courier the garments
Bring or courier your garments to us. They are embroidered, checked against your list and returned, or collected from us.

Embroidery questions
Can I send my own garments for embroidery?
Yes. Uniforms, polo t-shirts, caps and bags you already have are welcome. Send the list of pieces with the garments; we check the count when they arrive and confirm before we start.
What is the minimum quantity?
Small quantities are accepted for embroidery, from a few pieces for a small team. The quantity and any one-time logo set-up (digitising) charge are confirmed in the quote.
What file do I need for my logo?
A clear PNG, JPG or PDF is enough to start; a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) is even better. Send it on WhatsApp. We digitise it for embroidery once, keep it on record for repeat orders, and you approve a sample photo before we stitch.
Can you embroider a different name on each garment?
Yes. Send a list with one row per garment, showing the name, any title or department, and the size, so each name goes on the right piece.
Can you embroider caps and bags?
Yes. Tell us the type of cap or bag and the material, and we confirm the size and position on a sample before stitching the full quantity.
Do you do embroidery job work for other businesses?
Yes. Tailors, uniform shops, garment makers and print or gifting businesses can send us garments for logo and name embroidery, and we return them to you.
How do the garments get back to me?
We deliver across India by courier, with the charge shown in the quote, or you can collect them from our unit in Konni.
