These terms apply to quotes and orders with Misharen Global Apparel Industries Pvt Ltd. By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to them.

Quotes

• A quote is an estimate based on the details you share. Prices, quantities and delivery dates become final only when we confirm the order in writing (WhatsApp or email counts as writing).
• Quotes are valid for the period stated on them, because fabric prices change.
• Any applicable taxes are shown in the quote.

Made-to-order uniforms

• Every order is cut and stitched specifically for you, to the approved sample, fabric, colours, sizes and branding. Once stitching has started, the order cannot be cancelled or changed without agreement.
• Because garments are made to your specification, finished items cannot be returned for a change of mind.
• Fabric shades can vary slightly between dye lots. We match as closely as possible to the approved sample.
• You confirm that you have the right to use any logo, name or design you ask us to embroider or print.

Payment and delivery

• Payment terms (advance and balance) are stated in your quote and confirmed with the order.
• The delivery date is agreed when the order is confirmed. If anything affects it, we will tell you as early as possible.
• For orders outside India, shipping charges are stated separately in the quotation. Import duties, VAT or local taxes, customs clearance fees and other destination-country charges are paid by the buyer unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• If an item has a stitching defect, tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will repair or replace it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Pathanamthitta, Kerala.
